Return Policy
We care deeply about all of our customers and want you to always experience the absolute best of Earth’s Creations! If you're looking to return an item, the product needs to be in its original packaging and received in the same condition, with seals unbroken to be considered eligible. We accept returns on unused/unopened products within 30 days of purchase. After this time, a return is considered invalid. If you're unhappy with a product or are experiencing challenges, please email us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Processing time
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return to our office. This does not include the shipping time between when you ship the item and it being delivered back to us which can vary depending on the return shipping service you use.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy
Shipping
We will email you once your order has been received and again once your parcel has been dispatched. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering, but we aim to ship within 24 hours Monday-Thursday. Your parcel should arrive within three (3) days of dispatch Monday-Thursday. Do email us if you have a particular need or urgency and we’ll try to help.
Standard Delivery
We use USPS or courier for our shipping. If we have provided a delivery tracking number, please visit the courier website to track your order.
Orders not received
We take care when packing and checking your orders but please do email us if you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your shipping dispatch email.
